Peach Sangria

It is summer in Texas and what is more refreshing than a pitcher of ice cold sangria by the pool. Heck it doesn’t even have to be by the pool because this is delicious.

1 bottle red wine (medium bodied)

16 Oz peach juice

1/4 cup maraschino cheery juice

1 tablespoon summer peach white balsamic vinegar

Juice of one lemon

1/2 cup orange juice

Topo Chico to top it off

2 Oz brandy

Mix all ingredients together then top the pitcher off with topo Chico or your favorite sparkling water.

Tips: freeze grapes so it doesn’t get watered down. Triple the batch because trust me you’ll need it.
