Apple Butter 

2 lbs apples (honey crisp, gravestien, Granny Smith)

1/4 C cinnamon pear balsamic

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon ground Clove 

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Skin and cube the apples. In a cast iron Dutch oven, mix all the ingredients in the Dutch oven. 

Cook for 3 hours at 300 degrees. Remove from the oven and let cool. Using a blender blend the cooked mixture until smooth.
